This is one way you could make some of these bowls,

1. Step 1: Blow up a balloon the size you'd like your bowl to be.
2. Step 2: Mix together Mod-Podge and ( glitter ) in a disposable cup or bowl. 
3. Step 3: Place your balloon in a bowl. 
4. Step 4: Let dry overnight.
5. Step 5: Pop the balloon with scissors. 
6. Step 6: Cut the edges of the bowl so it's nice and even.
