This is one way you could make some of these bowls, Step 1: Blow up a balloon the size you'd like your bowl to be. Step 2: Mix together Mod-Podge and ( glitter ) in a disposable cup or bowl.  Step 3: Place your balloon in a bowl.  Step 4: Let dry overnight.
